The most extraordinary thing was the reason why this person not originally from Phoenix, Arizona wound up living there. It is what a Phoenix is all about, rising from the ashes and experiencing rebirth.

Rebirth
It is the prefect example of Creativity and Knowledge at work. It is knowing you need to create change and just doing it. That is pure self power. Taking control of your own destiny is the most powerful thing you can do. People by programs to learn how to do this without realizing, they know the steps to begin with. Commitment, belief, taking action, being flexible and following through. In fact I hated it, but you would never know. I won't say I didn't have a choice because deep inside I know I probably did. The job afforded me to work another career which was what I wanted to do. I just could never get it to a level where it was self sustaining.

How did I do this?

My sideline helped to make it bearable but my mental outlook did even more. If I was going to work this job instead of letting it get to me, I was going to get to it. In other words I was going to put my stamp on my presence in that company. I did this by infusing elements of fun with the people I worked with and encountered. It was fun because I made it fun. Not everyone liked what I did but I did and that's what counted the most.

What does creating enjoyment do for you

One thing is it enhances your credibility. As a person who has been known to struggle with acceptance of the gray areas in life, I understand the impropriety of what we say it should be and the reality.

An element in core of the conflict

People have personal agendas. A boss who delegates a job. A person self-centered on a goal. Both are prominent examples faced everyday in life

The boss who delegates

You and I have to exclude the proper means of delegation in which this is the normal path to get the job done. The focus is on jobs the boss should be doing but doesn't want to and jobs that are an extra burden on the worker's already full work docket. Regardless of whichever both scenarios may inhibit the execution of the the workers normal work regimen. Yet, the boss hold the worker fully accountable for both. Failure to complete or properly perform one or both of the jobs though it may not even be possible is held against the worker. Though no direct discipline is taken, it can effect the ongoing overview of a workers evaluation and the respect and esteem the employee is given. The domino effect is felt when the employee puts in for time off or needs a favor. It could also result in unfair scrutiny and lead to attempt toward dismissal. This despite the fact worker gave his or her best effort or may have even achieved more than the next person who could have been bestowed the job was capable of. While this is a common practice that is ethically wrong it falls within the business model guidelines.

A person self-centered on a goal.

The this is what I want person is rampant. I find people like that place more time and energy in manipulating people or system that than do putting effort in working toward their goal. I call these negative energy people because they internalize everything around the “me and what I want.” They don't care who they hurt or how they achieve their goal. They position people around them to accordingly not only to use to go forward but as scapegoats for their actions. Many such people like this spend many hours planning and plotting ways of working the system instead of doing. So, what they do may be ethically wrong but have legal fallback.

These are just two examples

Life is filled with many more. An aspect of this is the people who operate this way are obvious to detect. They are those you experience who have high expectations from others to toe the lines while they consistently blur or ignore them. Still, you don't need to see a show of hands or read thoughts to know that it's human nature to have thought or said those two things.

The flipside
By that I mean these are negative thoughts. “If only” or “If I did” come from that negative pocket in our minds. Many times when applied this negative pocket only gives acknowledgment to negative self thinking. In basic psychology you learn dwelling or leading with the negative begats more negative. What they also teach is some people actually are wired to think this way. Those people when you try to change or rewire them, it doesn't work. It screws them up. It can even lead to depression and other problems.

Which means
If you are that type of person who looks a life through jaded glasses, by all means do not change the way you are. Change how you use the perceptive to move forward. By seeing the negative you can trace back through to the why and what you perceive will cause the negative. Chances are if you can get a grip on what might cause the negative, you then can start constructing the how to avoid that cause and the negative outcome you are perceiving.

A few more Rich Naran Links To Check Out Now

About Legal Reform

Creating Cool

The Daily R Word

How To Develop Knowledge Through Creativity

Creative Visualization is a powerful and unique tool. People from Athletes and Scientific Theorists to guys putting down the line on your local road, to you use this to some extent. How powerful this tool can be in your life depends on you.

A loss in early formative training

In the early stages of educational learning say kindergarten thru sixth grade we miss the boat in teaching our children to develop creative visualization. While there is emphasis on imagination, there none on practical application of imagination. Instead of showing and conducting sessions on the how to, we tell our tell they can do this. The result is many miss the boat on developing this life tool. The irony is the cost to teach it is negligible.

The indepth training

To start just have our kids draw something that they can do. For instance, clean the playground of trash. The first picture is of the playground. The second picture is of them performing the job. The third picture would be the result including the child with a smile. Next the children go and perform the task and they get to work through and see creative visualization in action. Now, afterward we show the children how they just saved money that would go toward their getting a better education. Show them how the garbage attracts germs and vermin, can cause an accidents or damage. Then go on to show how their actions saved people from getting hurt or sick and the needless expense to get rid of vermin was prevented. This is a simple four fold training that can be performed once a week.

The purpose of the steps

Step one initiates imagination by drawing and employing visualization. Step two teaches how to make it real and make it happen. Step three give the immediate reward of seeing the positive results of their applying those visualized actions. Step four goes back to employing visualization to understand the positive consquences of their actions go beyond the immediate rewards and are felt elsewhere. The child come to understand what they visualize and carry out has shared meaning.

Don’t pass up more Rich Naran for you

Applying The Power Of Dream

.
The Beyond The 30 Day Challenge
.

Have You Been Heard on Healthcare?

.

The Creativity Studio Monday Movie August 3rd

.

The Healthcare Conundrum Wake Up Call

.
The Daily R Word

Healthcare Statistically Speaking

It's no secret when some company or person wants to put over on you, they resort to quoting statistics. The article was a blend for forcing myself through a bout with writer's block and just really not being into it at the time. Creativity like anything else has it's ebb and flow. No one can really just flow out the creativity like a new stop waterfall. We all need to replenish.

That was the why

Now for the how. I keep archives that I refer back to. I glance for them and discovers two thoughts. One to build one for the article and two I really didn't have the ommph to get into it. I sat back then I came forward. I began to formulate the idea but I didn't have the urge to follow through. So how did I propel it forward. I used knowledge. I came up with a thread to sew that knowledge into the article and I worked through it. The results were fair.

Creativity and knowledge

They are symbiotic. The feed off of one another. Knowledge comes from creativity and creativity builds with knowledge. Of course it doesn't always mesh immediately. Einstein began the evolution of his Theory of Relativity in 1895 at age sixteen. In 1905, the structure of the concept was in place. The general foundation was in place by 1915. By 1920 the bulk of the theory was in place. The root of it all was the power of the imagination and creativity cycle fueled by the knowledge it created along the way.

There were bouts of starting and stopping. There were moments of doubt. Most notably there was a will to work through and pursue the ideals and concepts. Einstein himself will tell you this knowledge was generated by imagination and creative application. When you think about it, it is no different from and artist or writer or even interior decorator. The real “How” all comes from the same.

I have more to share with your here

'

Talking Self-Expression and Creativity

.

A Different Take on Procrastination

.

Waiting For Inspiration (Godot)

.

A Message To The Healthcare Critics

  .

The Daily R Word @ MySpace

Focusing Vision

I have met several people recently who have tremendous vision. They can picture their goals and ferret out creative ways to achieve them. They are not afraid of failing. They are not afraid to stop working at what isn't getting the results they want. And they don't lose focus because they have to try again.

Succeeding creatively
It's not a magical event during the process. It does become magical in conclusion. The willingness to keep centered on the goal without being married to a perspective is a huge factor. The “If this doesn't work, why not that” mindset is what lives at the core of 97% of all success. If it seems someone just zoomed to the top of the mountain, look again. Chances are they leveraged the efforts of those that came before them. All that succeed share a common thread of applying knowledge either from their own or others efforts before them. They resisted being married to convention and their own judgements and creatively manipulated the parts that would work into position. It all begins with relinquishing the tendency to impose strict or rigid concepts and giving in to the fluidity of exploration.

More from me to you around the web

.

The Healthcare Quandry

.

Steve McNair, Mark Sanford Exposing A Cultural Flaw

.

The Daily R Word @MySpace

Knowing Where You are

I am not just talking about standing on the corner of Maple and Main in hometown. I am talking about you in relationship to what your want and where your truly want to go. There is more to knowing where your are, then the physical presence. There are many levels of where to consider. Right now I will address one of those levels.

The level of your place on your journey.
You didn't just wake up in a life that is what it is. No matter your situation, you need to know how your got there. No matter whether is there were successes, achievements, failures, or just being in the moment, there has to be a "how you got there." The how isn't just made up of rights and lefts. The how isn't this happened and that happened. The how is the importance your actions played in getting you there. The role you played in reaching your “there” will always be a contributing factor in knowing where you are. Because once you see everything to got you there, you can act according to getting or being where you want to be. By doing this, you will all have the “knowing where you” are feeling. You will then know if you are happy, sad, satisfied, or just needing to move on. This is a step in creating and maintaining a better life.

More from Me to You Around The Web

The Creativity Studio Update

National Holidays and Building Greatness

Sons Unlike The Fathers

Initiating Your Future

The Daily R Word@Myspace

Creating Your Own Paradigm

Being a leader is too much of a station in life for many people to consider. Not everyone wants to be a leader and that is ok. You don't have to be a leader to be you. All you have to do is create your own paradigm.

Paradigm
A fancy word but in this application it has a simple meaning. Just defining what is you and live it. Sounds simple, right? It is and it isn't. Many people aren't in touch with who there. They are more concerned with what is around them and what is happening to them. They forget to touch what is them the person. This is so common a theme that thousands of movies are made using that one theme as a thread. It's in “A Christmas Carol” written by Charles Dickens and remade hundreds of time in hundreds of ways. Tom Hanks has built a movie career around this theme. It's in his major breakthough hit, “Splash”, as well as in “Big” and it is the cornerstone of “Castaway.” This theme works because we all identify with it. We all have a need to get in touch with our own selves and form our own living paradigms. As in the movies we can only do that for ourselves.

More around the web from me to you

The Truth About Success and Comfort

.

The Turning of Angelina Jolie

.

Passion In Action

.

The Daily R Word At MySpace

And Wordplay is?

Wordplay can be a fun game. Comedians use it to make us laugh. Jerks, con artist, and the like use it to employ their agendas. The thing is they are the only ones who think it is funny. One thing wordplay can be is a double edged sword that swings both ways.

As an asset
Wordplay can be employed in many ways. It can be used to dress up a written piece or a speech. Applied properly it can make your point or points stand out. The word association will make it all stick longer in the memory banks to draw on later.

As a weapon
No wordplay here deception is deception. The problem is this method has to be used very very carefully. 97% who us it as negative tool get caught either immediately or eventually. The 3% that don't go into government surface or management at some level. Kidding sort of because it is common knowledge that non-speak is a tool used widespread in both genres. And that folks is why wordplay is considered to be a sign of a person being untrustworthy.

With that
Be select and creative but non hurtful and you are ahead of the game. The connotations and stigmas that come from being known as a person who plies the trade of wordplay are negative. Even if they like you, they won't trust you.

A fun way to counter the wordplay flunky
When you catch them point out the negative or least desirable option the statement or statements leave open. The comeback usually in is the realm of the of “not neccessarily”, if not those words themselves. Immediately countering with a comeback similar to: “which means that is an option.” Don't embellish use the “kiss” method and keep it simple. These method of comeback usually serves to make them embellish and in a sense tip their hand as to their true meaning. This impart because you weren't specific so they more times than not try to do the faux specific approach. About the faux specific approach, I haven't met a single person ever who didn't make themselves look foolish trying to employ it. By the time they realize they will have tipped off for sure there is something devious going on if not the truth. We don't have the brain function to triple accurately and have it ring true. As they person realizes it doen't work they are working in too many mental directions. I just did that to someone in reference to three places of their dialogue. The final retort almost came out “I want my Mommy” that's how pathetic it was.

The Web Posts From Me

Can You Make A Difference

The Daily R Word @ MySpace

An Act of Selflessness

Creative Knowledge For Mental Health Awareness

In all honesty can you say you feel that empathy and the same way about a person who has a form of cancer and a person who has a from of mental illness? Most people do not. Most people experience an empathy for the cancer patient they don't hold for a person with mental illness. This may be ingrained in society, but that doesn't make it right. It is dead wrong.

Pose a problem suggest a solution
Education is the most powerful weapon we have. Society has to get over not exposing children to mental health awareness at an early age. Our mental and physical health should be taught to he held on an equal level. In fact children learn that their mental health is key to their overall health. We have to stop thinking we are protecting them by withholding the knowledge. I am not saying to teach them ph.d level information. I am saying they need to know more that a ditty like “a health mind – a health body.” By teaching the basics of how the ditty becomes reality and incrementally employing more knowledge as they go through school, mental health becomes main stream just as physical health is. And yes I am talking going beyond the 10 minutes out of one school day a year. If physical ed is a standard, so should mental ed.

Must Read Links by Me for You

President Obama Are You Listening?

Initiative and Creativity In Healthcare Reform

The Daily R Word

What Creates Useful Knowledge

Only knowledge that is used sticks in your mind.
Dale Carnegie

The thing about the true hippies were they were always exploring and seeking to learn. Of course it was the associating of hippies with drugs that made people forget the academic side. Academics is useless if not applied. I went to schools with a lot of stoners who were wasted academics in more ways than one.

The pursuit of knowledge
Is useless if all you seek to do is pursue it. It's kind of like a friend of mine who spent much of his life pursuing women but after the score he didn't know what to do with them. He would go on to spend much of his adulthood dedicated to this pursuit that lead to no where. Many others do much the same with knowledge.

Frank Moffett
My teacher and mentor in college by example taught not just how to learn but how to apply that knowledge. As a phenomenal force in theatre he lived by learning and applying. He led by example of experiencing the knowledge in order to take it to the next level. Strangely enough I never once heard him use this quote from Dale Carnegie while living it to the fullest.

More Rich Naran Webposts

How To Create The Future

The Daily R Word @ MySpace

For Internet Marketers
Looking to list build
Check This Out

Creativity and Knowledge of What has become News

I have long held that the newspaper industry put itself in decline when news became the race for the celebrity headline. The news reported got trivial and the public view of the papers equated the value. Journalistic value was seen to be the elements offered from the CBS 60 Minutes news programs and cable's Cooper Anderson then from the paper you picked up and read daily. If fact what you read was already said hundreds of times on broadcast TV and the Internet.

In creatively seeking a following
The print news media sold itself out and put fluff before integrity. It was a slow trend at first and the ripples turned into waves. The real stories, the stories that mattered were shortchanged. People went from buying the paper daily and reading it to buying it and putting it down. When the state of the economy dictated the reading public pare down, the newspaper was no longer seen as a necessity. So, all that creative exploration achieved was to deplete a centuries old source of spreading knowledge. After all who needs to read Entertainment Tonight or Access Hollywood when all you have to do is push a button and not worry if there were going to be some big words to stumble upon unless it was attached as a celebrity name

To Experience More Rich Naran Around The Web Click on These Links

Worldly Thoughts

How To Make The Hard Decision

The Daily R Word @ MySpace

A Truth of Achievement In Goals

Determination And Goals

Before you seek the path of success, you have to strike an understanding with yourself. Before you can believe. Before you can want and desire. You have to have this understanding.

The starting point
It all starts with you. If you believe you need to look outside of yourself than you have lost ground before you have even begun. No matter what you goal, you are the only true source for all that your quest starts from.

The center
This one is trick. There is a a difference from being centered and being self centered. True winners and leaders understand these principles. President Barack Obama stands tall as a person who fights to maintain that balance. He knows while all his efforts comes from him, his energies are fed by those who surround him. Rarely will you ever hear a discourse spoken by this man does it center on the I as standing alone. Instead he emphasizes his being the I at the center of the union to make all goals move forward and we as the contributors to the inertia that propels it forward.

Success
Depends on working with what we have within and at our disposal to draw upon. It is personal determination that sparks the reaction. It our actions that navigate us in the direction of our goal. And it is never better than when “we” get there.

In real life
If we want to succeed, we have to have the tenacity of Elmer Fudd within us. And don't forget Elmer did give in one or two times. The deal is eventually he kept coming back. No he never got the “wabbit” and from time to time had problems with a duck, but there he was again back at it. Being a cartoon and a parody of the the pursuit of success Elmer had a flaw. Mr. Fudd never learned from his mistakes and kept making them over and over. One of his biggest was not to move on to something else. It was obvious hunting wasn't his thing. Let's face it cartoons about bowling against Bug Bunny wouldn't have had the same appeal. For you and I putting down the rifle and picking another form of recreation or work to succeed in is more viable. Still if you want to see real life Elmer Fudds who have all the the tenacity but never seem to do much better, check out your local golf course.

The Rich Naran Web Experience
.

The 10 Happiest Countries Prostitution Link
.

Online Video and Audio Content Tips

.

Talking about The Forbes Happiest Countries List.

.
Twitter, Texting, Progress In Achievement

.
The Daily R Word @ MySpace

What Deters Progress

You have and idea. They all have one connection in that they seem to disconnect us from our original enthusiasm.

How to stay connected
I would say a recorder or a little notebook kept handy helps to keep the idea-enthusiasm link sustained longer. You don't need to be indepth. Just keyword phrases do the trick. With practice you develop your own shorthand code. While you may lose some points or parts they will come back while trying to reconstruct the notes. In fact the process many times will help you to improve on your original concept. Thus taking creativity and knowledge one step further.

The Rich Naran Webphoria

Just Reach Out

.

Creating Better Moment

.

The Greatest Battle You Will Face

.

Talking About The Forbes Happiest Countries List

You do know.

That headline for this post is open ended. It is both a question and a statement. I know many of you are reading this going “Say What?” Of course if I play around and add another word like “do”. We can have a lot of fun with those starting two.

Do you know?

This can be a challenge. This can be simply being inquisitive. “Do you know?”, can make you wonder if you really do.

You do know.

Surprise, surprise these words can be a used to challenge as well. They can also be a test of what you say and think. “You do know”, can also make you wonder, if you really do.

You know creativity and knowledge

That's how you are able to add one word to two and make the world think about what you are saying. You can use them to give meaning. You can use them to question a meaning. Even search for a meaning. It is what combining creativity and knowledge is all about. You know is an exploration in thought and personal application. But you do know that because that is why you embrace creativity and knowledge to begin with.

Me around the web

Using Creative Visualization To Beat Stress

.

What You And I Have To Offer

.

Bringing Ourselves To The Game

.

Micheal J Fox and Optimism

.

The Daily R Word

Expanding Creative Knowledge

I follow quite a few people that others may consider abstract in concerns to me on Twitter. One is an L.A. model I absolutely don't know. Yet, she has helped me in expanding my own perceptions on similar topics we accidently crossover on.

The deal is
She tweets about things with a different resources and outlooks on the subjects. Maybe a couple of times a week I find something new that ties in to one of my interest. The content she tweets mostly come from the fashion world but are not all about the fashion in itself. It is their lifestyle take on things which is very much different from mine. Twice or so a week this model treats (or should I say tweets) me to a “I never looked at it that way” moment. Proving despite stereotypes neither models or Twitter can be written off as lightweights.

Back in the seventies
There was an ad campaign “if you could see what I see.” Technology has opened that window. As creative knowledge expands so does understanding as the walls of ignorance crumble. That is the power of looking beyond to “see what they see.” All you can do is hope they do the same for you and me.

More More More As You Like it

Think About It

Creating More

A most powerful thing you can do

Talking Quotes with Rosa Sanchez

The Daily R Word @ MySpace

Be Creative With Knowledge of Self

People who know me have experienced my passion of making jokes at my own expense. Creativity and Knowledge in life are enhanced by increasing your scope of awareness.

Look past the clouds
The sun is always shining, we just can't always see it. Beyond the bad in life it's the same. There is good lurking behind the bad that is right in front of you. You don't have to see it. You just have to know it is there. Creativity and Knowledge combine to help elevate your personal outlook and even begin to pull past that unwanted environment that may be surrounding you at the time.

Rich Naran Webphoria click on the links

Chain of Events

Creatively Reclaiming Self Confidence

In Pursuit of Joy

Boundaries and Control

The Daily R Word

In Application of Creativity and Knowledge

A quote from John Naisbitt:

For a decade it has been hammered into the brains of entrepreneurs and managers that innovation is the core. But today many are sitting on innovations nobody buys. We are circling too much in our own worlds and neglecting the global view.

Who is John Naisbitt?
A best selling author of the books Megatrends and Megatrends 2000. What he does is teach people to work to through short term disruptions in life and business while anticipating the future. While the basics he teaches precede the integration of the internet. They apply directly to business, life in term of application of the internet. In that John Naisbitt is a true visionary

What John also said:

We are drowning in information but starved for knowledge.

Again foretelling the way of the internet
As the internet offers the unrestricted sharing of information. Much of what is out there is devoid of credibility and integrity in truth. And with the advent of Twitter we are even more infused with information that once was considered non-essential. Let me state that as “useless.”

Creativity and knowledge
They aren't always applied to together well. That only comes when you and I become accountable for what we put out there. Do I really need to know your cat puked in your new shoes? John Naisbitt talks about looking at information and knowledge in a global sense. Somehow I don't think that cat in Wyoming matters much in Indonesia. Unless of course that's wear those shoes are made and you now have to get another pair.

What we need to do.
There are people looking to the internet for answers in the economy. The starting point is a good point. Yet, they based their solutions on their own needs and perspective. What John Naisbitt is telling us to do is open up the field of perspective to a more global outlook. Even with something as simple as Twitter when we apply this kind of thinking, we will find we are not innovators left with innovations no one buys. In that I mean not just products but ideas, concepts and values. What many know but don't acknowledge the internet is only the precursor to world unification on a much more tightly woven fabric.

More To The Rich Naran Web Experience

Taking the point to the next level

Creativity and Negative Emotions

The R Word Daily @ MySpace

Seeking Reasurance

Creative Knowledge with Power of Numbers

The story of 300 was based within the Alexander the Great legend. As it was in real life it was all about leveraging the power of numbers. In this case pitting few against the many effectively. In the movie reflecting the history of true life, the few overcame the legion.

The true power
It lies in how creative you are using your numbers no matter the odds. For instance there are numerous ways to boost your web traffic. If that the traffic generated is not there specifically for what you offer, then your numbers are empty. It's kind of like sending a legion of men barehanded against a few with gatling guns with a limitless supply of firepower. The few have a better chance against the unarmed many.

Knowledge
Numbers alone is not the answer. It is what those number bring to the table for you. A business with 1000 employees that don't care won't survive against a competitor with a just a few driven to achieve success. That is something to think about as you look to build your life and business with numbers. More importantly is not how many but how much value the have to add.

From

The Inside The Rich Naran Creativity Studio Podcast

Being Creative In A Bad Economy

Powered by Podbean.com

...

<a id="publishButton" class="cssButton" href="javascript:void(0)" target="" onclick="if (this.className.indexOf("ubtn-disabled") == -1) {var e = document['stuffform'].publish;(e.length) ? What has results from use of creativity? A good example is the Wright Brothers and the airplane. Knowledge and creativity feed off of one another like a Morbius or Infinity Loop. They each generate something that propels the other.

The not so mystery
It all comes from curiosity which is the seeking of knowledge. The mystery of a curiosity rarely is solved without applying a bit of imagination. The neat part is even if we find an answer to a problem by continuing to feed off of that curiosity we can improve on the answer. You don't only use it to share your favorite site. You also use it to randomly surf the web. You click the Stumble Upon button and you go to places you probably had not idea existed. Now knowing that you realize this headline is bit of an oxymoron.

What I liken it to
How many times did someone get you to try a food or listen to a band or try something you never did and you resisted? If you are like me that answer would be to infinity and beyond. Now when I ask you how many times at on a later occasion did you wind up experiencing the whatever and found you liked it? Again, infinity and beyond properly fits here also.

The Stumble Upon experience
I didn't like it or get it at first. Of course it the service has come a long way. Now, I use it and love it daily. As a writer and content creator I have come across things that have greatly enhanced my horizons. And the thing I now don't like about Stumble Upon is the more you use it the more it gives you sites on the web closer to your normal likes. So, I at times will click on like it or dislike it when I feel the opposite. It keeps the options open. That is what creativity and knowledge is all about.

My Web Explosion

Applying Creativity To Your Life
.

<a href="http://blogs.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.ListAll"target="blank">The R Word At Myspace has become a daily must read for many

.

About Being Reliant on Twitter

.

A Misdirected Misdirection

.

Being Creative In A Bad Economy

.

The Power of Online PreMarketing
.

Blogging and Morality

.

Of Intiative and Creativity - Please Explain

About Twitter Trick

I wrote about this is in yesterday's Myspace blog and more than a few people have tried it Twitter Trick an inexpensive non-spammy way to increase your twitter community. Playing mind games are a good way to get those juices flowing. You don't necessarily have to purchase anything. You actually have the tools to do this all around you. The best part is it make it fun.

The sentence game

It's like the “Where's Waldo” game only easier. You take a paragraph from an article, book, or newspaper and select words to make an sentence that has nothing to do with the subject the source material is on. It's simple and it teaches your mind to reframe or change perspectives.

From the paragraph above on the fly:

Select the subject where you change nothing with Waldo or the newspaper.

Kick it up a notch with a second sentence using different words:

The source is your mind and simple words

Even a third:

An article teaches perspective

I did the above while writing this piece and it took me under a minute and a half on the spur of the moment. From time to time I show you other simple techniques. Keep in mind you can also use these tricks for breaking a creative block. So they have duel functionality. As even with this game you can adapt this to where ever you are.

From The Rich Naran Podcast

The Lost And Found
I use the famous team of me, myself and I from start to finish on all my content. From concept idea to format whether written, audio or video. It is all me, myself and I hard at work from start to finish. I even answer all my email. The same goes for 75% of all my images. It's hard it's grueling, but it is all me, myself and I. For example:

From The Inside The Rich Naran Creativity Studio Podcast

Powered by Podbean.com

or this video from the Talking Quotes Series

The animations for the video was created from scratch by me. I do this because I like to. I enjoy the process of creating from idea to finished product. It also proves the point it can be done. Not that I say that everyone should be the captain, the sailor and the ship but if you want to be authentic then you need to be the one generating your online content. Too often articles and other content are outsourced in total. At the time of the final taping of the video or audio maybe the first time the so-called credited person even sees the work . I feel now is the time while many of your are just beginning that you consider how authentic you really are. Credibility and integrity often walk down the street of true successes hand in hand.

Here More on that subject:

Internet Marketing Ethics, Roger GuruGod and You
Credibility in content no matter how it is presented is not being presented truthfully with full disclosure to the consumer. The problem is not so much the creation method as it is the claims made.
http://www.associatedcontent.comarticle/1604599/internet_marketing_ethics_roger_gurugod.html

Creating Happiness is a choice

I write this as I am going through a very tense and miserable time in my life. Yet, I find that I can extract myself for the current culture of my life and create moments of happiness. It is a self taught mechanism and not to be confused with avoidance.

I won't go into my history of doing this but I will share the why I need to continue to grow this ability. I suffer from a heart condition and need to lower my levels of stress. It's never a good sign when I hear a sound you can only describe as air slowly releasing from a balloon. It's is a sign of stress and higher blood pressure than my body can stand. Pair these up to my past history of having naturally low blood pressure most of my life and you can realize the seriousness of my situation. So, I need to find and create that happiness zone which resets my stress levels.

You don't have to have a problem to do this. I have done it my whole life. What you have to have is the will to do this and learn to be in touch with what makes you sense the feeling of happiness. The power is yours and you have to make the choice. When you do, you will find as I do happiness is never far from you. And don't forget the most powerful part of finding happiness is in the sharing of it as well. That's happiness on steroids

Some of My Many Post Around the Web

Creativity is A Force of Life and Living

The Other Side of Accomplishment

The Daily R Word At Myspace

How the Trendy Vampire Sunk Teeth into Being Vogue

An Important Tool Of Friendships and Relationships

Technorati Profile

Talking Quotes-G.
